Job Description:
The initial training period will involve getting a larger perspective of business by understanding activities of various departments eventually the role will be frontline which will involve sales,customer relationship management.
Although this may not be hardcore sales as one associates with FOS kind of person it will involve managing a small team of sales people and growing business by acquiring new relationships and retaining / growing existing relationship.
The role is not a desk job and is not research / advisory related.
Desired Candidate Profile:
Smart MBA's with specialization in Marketing and Finance.
Understanding of the stock markets is necessary
