Job Description:
Follow-up with US based Insurances to collect the pending amount on the Healthcare claims. (This would be done either through a call or online)
Meeting SLA / Quality standards as set by the Management
Undertake back office processing/ analytical activities
Adhere to rules and regulations as set by the management / Client
The process is semi - voice, wherein 70% of the time the agent will be involved in calls & 30% on analysis of the pending accounts.
Flexible to work in U.S Shifts.
Desired Candidate Profile:
Associates:
Fresher’s with any graduation Only (No B.E/B.Tech/MCA graduates)/ 1 -2 years of experience in any industry
Excellent communication skills
Typing skills and knowledge of Ms office/Excell
Senior associates:
2-3years experience , Preferably US healthcare or any industry
Excellent communication skills
Typing skills and knowledge of Ms office/ Excell
Analyst:
3-5years experience from US Healthcare/ Insurance.
Very Good communication skills
