Job Description:

The company is presently looking for 10 Corporate Sales Executives and Business Development Officers to achieve a target of Rs. 50 crores within 3 years.

Excellent presentation, communication, interpersonal and selling skills, including the ability to formulate and present value proposition of the Company.

Provide a consultative approach to solution offerings with the client's business objectives in mind.

Be able to work independently in a target-driven environment.

Prior experience in client negotiations and closing deals.

Devise sales strategy (segment wise)

Identify potential customer segments and draw up a strategy to achieve defined business objectives for the segment

Achieve budgeted numbers (segment, channel wise)

Achieve product / customer profitability objectives

Conduct periodic reviews and work out corrections if desired

Plan and execute promotional activities and events related to the business

Desired:

Ideal candidate shall be in the age group of 22 - 27 yrs.

Should Possess Excellent Communication skills (Written and Oral)

Exhibit strong drive for results and success and ability to achieve set goals and deadlines.

Personal attributes include strong work ethic, passion for what you are doing, detail oriented, and a sense of urgency.

Strong leadership and inter personal skills

Should have exposure to an aggressive environment
