TPA files follow-up and closure
Tracking of discounts/refunds/free bills/posting of packages
Service Recovery in the billing Area
Training of the HIS modules in billing with the power users.
Telephone operations.
Appointment and Scheduling
Supervising Report dispatch
Supervising the Reception
Courier dispatch and receipt
Update of Contact details and Telephone Book
To prepare discharge summaries and data feeding.
To prepare and maintain itemized statements, bills, or invoices used for billing and record keeping purposes.
To explain hospital regulations to patients, concerning visitors and visiting hours.
