Job Description:
Attending the customer calls and queries, solving problems on primary level through telephone.
Monitoring calls, assigning the calls to the respective customer support engineer
Resolving the problem Remotely through net meeting and also telephonic support
Preparing daily and monthly reports
Follow up with vendors for pending calls and the spare parts required
Willing to work in Shifts.(Only Two Shifts 8:30am- 4:00pm, 1:00pm-9:00pm (Ladies only morning shift, no pickup drop)
Desired Candidate Profile:
Must be willing to work in shift with good communication skills and atleast 6 months of experience in Technical helpdesk. Willing to work in Bangalore
