Handle customer and technical challenges for the services
Ownership for all issues in the handled shift
Manage customer communications both voice and email
Maintain service level as per the commitments
Escalate and follow up with customer for support issues
Generate reports and report to the lead.
Ensure implementation of quality system and maintain quality/ system procedures
Give timely feedback with a view towards improving operational and individual efficiency
Strict adherence and to compliance with the existing Information Security Policy
Troubleshooting on Tomcat Apache (Servers), Databases (preferably MySQL) and awareness in Java and XML
